As Product Lead & Owner, I was responsible for building and leading a cross-functional team of 30+ members across the UK, Germany, Spain and India to take this product from concept to reality.

Projected £18m in-app rent volume from 1,000+ tenancies plus ~£600k from home services. At launch: 3,800 new users within three months and 1,600 monthly active users.
