Days into decades into ‘a great life’
If I want a great life, I have to work backwards from that goal and design my days accordingly. A great life isn’t a destination — it’s a continuous journey of self-discovery.
I believe a great day is the atomic unit of a great life. Optimise days consistently and they turn into great weeks, months, years and decades — good odds of a balanced, harmonious life.
Over the last couple of years I’ve experimented with many techniques. After several iterations of failing and succeeding, I now have a weekly planning system I love and stick to every single day.

Now, “great life” sounds vague — it means different things to different people. How do you plan and strategise your week, month and year? More on this in another post.
